About the Day….
There is one word that comes to mind when I think to describe the day that Alison & Blake had—immaculate. Between the elegance of their décor, elements like bridesmaid baskets, an interactive seating chart, and multiple photo opportunities for guests to help with, their day might have become my most favorite event to have the privilege of coordinating . There was not a moment that passed where you didn’t see this couple embracing their family and friends with love and laughter. It was beyond magical!
About the Venue….
The Sixpence is one of the most highly respected venues in the state of Indiana, and after working Alison & Blake’s wedding yesterday I can see why. The venue is absolutely stunning: there is a clean, bright, airiness to the space that allows for beautiful photography opportunities. In fact, the entire venue was built with photos in mind! There are so many places to capture a couple’s wedding day on this property, each set up with stunning finishes. The way the room flows is clear that a lot of intention was put into the design of building, making it the perfect backdrop for almost any style or theme. I can’t wait to work in the Sixpence’s space again, let alone to work with their amazing team.
A Special Highlight….
Blake & Alison took a small reprieve from their reception to change into boots, Stetson hats and classy but country-themed wedding attire. This polished nod to their newly founded Midwest roots was perfect.
